www.papette.ro as the owner of the site, reserves the right to make changes and updates to these terms and conditions, as well as the offer, without prior notice and without specifying the reasons. Also, www.papette.ro reserves the right to correct any omissions and errors in display that may occur as a result of typing errors or software product errors. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, every time you use the www.papette.ro site. The use without the written consent of www.papette.ro of any elements found on the site, even if these elements do not bear protection marks, entails the consequences provided for by the legislation in force.

All details regarding the purchase of a product from the website www.papette.ro are mentioned in How to buy . We would like to point out that between the date of your order and the date of order confirmation by www.papette.ro, the product stock may run out, in which case you will be contacted to modify the order.

All product prices displayed on the website www.papette.ro are in RON and include VAT. After placing the products in the shopping cart, the final price will be displayed with VAT.
Shipping costs do not depend on weight and size. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates or the situation on the world market. Once the seller has confirmed the buyer's order, prices cannot be changed.

Delivery of ordered products is made by courier, within 2-3 working days.
The shipping cost is 25 lei, regardless of the number of products ordered. It is added to the invoice value, as a separate item.
Products can be picked up from our headquarters at Blvd. Basarabia, No. 256, Sector 3 (FAUR Premises).
Orders received on Friday after 12:00 noon are considered received the following Monday morning at 8:00 am.
We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
The online store www.papette.ro does not sell its products outside the country's borders.

The date of receipt of the products by the buyer is considered to be the date on which the product was received by the buyer and the delivery/receipt document of the package was signed.

Payment is made by cash on delivery, upon receipt of the package.

www.papette.ro ensures, guarantees and declares on its own responsibility, according to the provisions of art.5. of Government Decision no. 1.022 / 2002 regarding the regime of products and services that may endanger life, health, occupational safety and environmental protection, and of the EU legislation in force, that the products presented on the website www.papette.ro do not endanger life, health, occupational safety, do not produce a negative impact on the environment and are in accordance with the standards respected by the manufacturer.

Products purchased remotely can be returned in accordance with the provisions of OG 34/2014, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package, in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The return of the products will be at the expense of the customer. The value of the ordered products will be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of written notification of the intention to return, provided that within this period, the product is returned to the seller and is in perfect condition. In the event that the product returned by the buyer is late in reaching the seller, the amount representing its value (from which the shipping costs are deducted) will be returned only after the seller has received the returned product without objections.
When returning a product, you must first contact us, giving us a written notification by e-mail or post of your intention to return and the reasons for rejecting the product. The need for the buyer to provide reasons for return is not a condition for accepting the return, but only an element of internal monitoring of online commerce. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product arrives in good condition at the headquarters of www.papette.ro at Blvd. Basarabia, No. 256, Sector, 3, 030352, Bucharest. In order to benefit from the return, the product must be undamaged, unused and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and payment document.
A product is considered damaged and/or used if it shows physical changes, dirt stains, burns, cuts, etc. Any sign of wear on the product will void the right to return, being considered a used product. Damage caused by failure to comply with the conditions of use will void the right to return/warranty.
The return is considered completed when www.papette.ro has received the returned products, noting through a report the condition they are in. If the good received following the return is worn and/or damaged, the buyer will be notified that the return is not accepted and the purchased product will be sent back to him.
We may postpone the refund until the date we receive the products back or until you provide us with proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is the earliest.
Exceptions to returns are products purchased by legal entities, used and/or damaged products.
The equivalent value of the shipping costs of products returned at the customer's request, without the seller's fault, is borne by the customer.
The products sold on www.papette.ro benefit from a warranty in accordance with the legislation in force. For each group of products, a separate warranty is granted according to the specificity of the product. Thus, all products posted on the site have a 10-day warranty according to the legislation in force, within which they can be returned under the conditions specified above.

If, upon delivery, you are mistakenly delivered a different product than the one ordered, a different number of products, a different color product, or if there is any other problem regarding the receipt of the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt using the contact form or at the phone number 0756 554 400.
Products that present the above-specified non-conformities upon delivery may be returned without incurring any additional costs on the part of the buyer, following a written notification specifying the nature of the non-conformity. The buyer may request a refund of the product value or replacement with a compliant one. If the product cannot be replaced with a compliant one, the product value will be refunded.

If there are situations/problems that do not seem to be resolved by calling the customer service operator of the online store www.papette.ro, please report them in writing to the email address www.papette.ro and you will be contacted within a maximum of two working days by the person responsible for the amicable conciliation of dissatisfied customers.

The seller undertakes to respect the buyer's rights provided for by Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, published in the Official Gazette No. 790 of 12 December 2001 and the rules issued in its application and will use the database to send correspondence. The data provided will not be disseminated to third parties.
At the express request of the buyer, the seller will ensure the right of access, the right of intervention, the right of opposition, the right of rectification or the right of deletion of data, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001. To exercise these rights, the buyer will send the seller using the contact form or by post to the address Blvd. Basarabia, No. 256, Sector 3, 030352, Bucharest, a written, dated and signed request, specifying in detail the request.
However, personal data may be transmitted to the authorities entitled to verify commercial transactions or other legal verifications, if this is requested in accordance with the laws in force.

Any disagreements arising between the parties regarding the development, execution or interpretation of this contract will be resolved amicably, otherwise the jurisdiction to resolve them belongs to the courts.

The terms and conditions presented comply with the legislation in force: Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Law 51/2003 for the approval of Government Decree 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals as well as for the amendment and completion of certain acts, Law no. 296 of June 28, 2004, republished and updated, on the consumer code supplemented with the Romanian legislation in force on consumer protection, and in particular Law no. 449 of November 12, 2003 (republished and updated) on the sale of products and the guarantees associated with them, Law no. 193 of November 6, 2000 (*republished*) on unfair clauses in contracts concluded between traders and consumers.

The provisions regarding the purchase of products are also applicable to legal entities, except that the legal entity has the right to return the product only for non-conformities found on the date of receipt of the goods.

If any of the above clauses is found null or invalid, regardless of the cause, this clause will not affect the validity of the other clauses. With the launch of the order, the customer accepts without objection the conditions and terms of use, their value being the same as a validly concluded contract.
